Over that time, I've worked with brands and businesses at pivotal moments — from global consumer organisations to founder-led growth companies.

My background includes senior commercial, sales and marketing roles within established brands, followed by over a decade building and leading a successful executive search practice focused on Sales and Marketing leadership.

Loyal Oak Partners was founded to offer a more considered way of working – shaped by experience, perspective, and the value of trusted relationships.

Outside of work, I'm a mother and a committed sports enthusiast. Those roles have shaped how I operate – with resilience, balance and long-term thinking – qualities I bring into my work every day.
