Embedded & Interim Talent Support

In certain situations, I work in a more embedded capacity – providing continuity, judgement and rigour across multiple senior hires where in-house capability is limited or where pace matters.

This is not outsourced recruitment. It is a flexible, senior-level partnership designed to bring consistency and clarity through periods of change.
